About Engineering Tutoring
Engineering Tutoring General Information
Engineering Tutoring provides free group tutoring to students taking foundational and core courses in the Engineering curriculum. Engineering Tutoring is staffed by undergraduate students who have been successful in the courses they tutor. Before midterm exams, Engineering Tutoring offers recorded review materials created by the tutors. Students find this resource helpful even if they do not attend tutoring on a regular basis. Exam reviews will be sent to students in the course via email and posted on the College of Engineering Virtual Hub on ICON.
The Engineering Tutoring Center will remain closed for the spring 2021 semester, but we will offer tutoring using Zoom – an online platform for video and audio conferencing. Tutoring begins Sunday, January 31, 2021 and will be offered through Thursday, May 6, 2021. There will be no sessions on the two instructional break days (Tuesday, March 2 and Wednesday, April 14) or during finals week. Full information can be accessed from the Engineering Tutoring website or Engineering students can access this information via the College of Engineering Student Hub on ICON.
Students enrolled in Engineering Tutoring-supported courses will receive additional information throughout the semester. If you are experiencing any issues around accessibility of virtual tutoring, please contact the Engineering Tutoring team at email@example.com.
